The deal, which will commence with the 2025-26 season, is reportedly worth a staggering £50 million per year, eclipsing Nike's £30 million bid.
Adidas's successful bid underlines the club's status as one of the most renowned and commercially successful in world football. The German company will replace Nike as Liverpool's primary kit supplier, ending a relationship that began in 2020. Previous to that, Adidas had supplied Liverpool's kits from 1985 to 1996.
Liverpool's deal with Adidas surpasses the existing partnerships between Premier League clubs and other sportswear giants. Arsenal, for instance, currently has a kit deal with Adidas worth £30 million per year, while Manchester United's agreement with Nike is valued at £47 million annually.
